Miley and Nick "Before The Storm"

So I was just watching a movie from Miley and nick performing "Before The Storm".
And if you are watching on them they have some contact, but that is just normal.
At 1:00 Miley is fixing her hair and a little bit after, 1:05 she is touching Nicks back, slowly and carefully. I think its so sweet. And it is so hidden, if you know what I mean.
And at the end they are giving each other a hug.
